Development of Stibau GmbH
Stibau GmbH was founded in 2022 with the clear vision of offering its customers comprehensive construction services from a single source. From the outset, our goal was to implement construction projects efficiently, with high quality, and using a holistic approach. Through the close integration of planning, construction management, and execution, we can offer our customers customised solutions and provide optimal support throughout every phase of the construction process.
2022 – Founding and Vision
Stibau GmbH was founded to implement construction projects efficiently and holistically. From the outset, the focus was on providing customised solutions and maintaining the highest quality standards.
2023 – Growth and first milestones
As general contractor, we realised a major project in Ebenfurth with 25 modern apartments. This was followed by exclusive villas and renovations, combining historic flair with modern standards.
2024 – Partnerships and Experience
With decades of experience and the expertise of Bernd Krämmer, we are expanding our competencies. Close collaboration with strong partners enables us to confidently implement complex construction projects.
